Light Second candle of CHANUKAH

J.O.IN. Orlando—Hosts an interactive discussion titled: The Joy of Jewish Holidays” at 8 a.m. Shacharis at Orlando Torah Center, 8591 Banyan Blvd., Orlando. Breakfast included.

Chabad of Greater Orlando—Grand Menorah lighting and unity festival at Central Park on Park Avenue in Winter Park, 4 p.m. The event is free and open to the entire Orlando community. Info: 407-644-2500.

MONDAY, DECEMBER 26

Light Third candle of CHANUKAH

Israeli Folk Dancing—7-7:30 p.m. beginners, 7:30-8:15 p.m. instruction, 8:15-10 p.m., requests. Cost: Free for JCC members, $5 nonmembers. Info: 407-645-5933.

The 39ers Seniors Group—Holiday party celebrating Chanukah and New Year’s, 12:30 p.m. in The Roth Family JCC’s Harriett & Hymen Lake Cultural Center Auditorium. Open to all seniors, regardless of JCC or 39ers membership. Admission is $12 ($10, 39ers), plus an unwrapped gift worth at least $5. Middle Eastern-style luncheon catered by Bagel King. Torah & Tea—Women’s study group meeting weekly from 9:30—10:30 a.m. in the Conference Room at the Chabad Center of Jewish Life, 7347 W. Sand Lake Road, Orlando. The group is open to all women. Admission is free and no previous Jewish education is required.

Kinneret Apartments—Zei Gezunt—Be Healthy! Program 11:45 a.m. a program to ensure that ongoing health and wellness of the elderly is addressed through programs to educate, diet and exercise.
