Ira Kirsch, age 64, of Reisterstown, Maryland, passed away in Orlando on Friday, Dec. 29, 2017, at Florida Hospital—Orlando. A native of Baltimore, he was born on March 29, 1953, to David and Beverly Lieberman Kirsch and was an executive in the insurance industry.
