Meet Sue Shames who moved to town just a few months ago with her parents. While helping her parents settle in at Chambrel she became connected with the Jewish Pavilion. Shames volunteers by helping at Shabbat services, visiting with residents and giving them a new Jewish calendar, provided by Beth Shalom Memorial Chapel. She finds it fulfilling and a wonderful way to meet new friends while feeling involved with her new community all while doing a mitzvah.
