The first Sharsheret event of the year, Jewish Family Services Orlando is sponsoring a workshop with Kathleen R. Morgan, MSN, FNP, NP-C, who will share the skills of mindful eating and how eating certain foods may help reduce the risk of cancer. The program is a continuation of JFS’s health and wellness cancer prevention series, and will take place Wednesday, Feb. 19 at the George Wolly Center, 2100 Lee Road, Winter Park, at 6:30 p.m.

The event is free and open to the public. Light bites and refreshments will be served.
