Joan Pohl is posed with Betty and Al Shames of Brookdale Island Lake. Betty entered the room wearing her “festive Chanukah sweater” and Joan insisted on snapping a photo to share with others. Betty can be found at all of the Jewish Pavilion programs and many times leading one.
