Lawrence Hefler, age 64, passed away on April 20, 2016, at Robinson House of Hospice of the Comforter, Altamonte Springs. A native of Bronx, New York, he was born on May 18, 1951, to Thomas and Natalie Greenberg Hoefler. Lawrence was a graduate of SUNY Binghamton and attended graduate school there. He relocated to the Orlando area from Chicago in 1999 and worked in sales and marketing for resort properties.

Mr. Hefler is survived by his daughters, Jade Hefler of Orlando, Aurora Hefler of Orlando; and his son, Lawson Hefler of Orlando. He is also survived by his brothers, Noel (Haryn) Intner of New York and Steven Hefler of Arizona; and his nieces and nephews.

A graveside funeral service was held at Temple Israel Cemetery, Gotha, with Rabbi Arnold Siegel officiating. Arrangements entrusted to Beth Shalom Memorial Chapel. 640 Lee Road, Orlando 32810.
