Orlando Hadassah is delighted to pair with Mary Kay Cosmetics to present a “New You.”
The Orlando Chapter of Hadassah invites all women to join us for a day of beauty and a buffet lunch on Tuesday, May 3 at 11:30 a.m. at Ohev Shalom.
Yvonne Williams, a representative of Mary Kay Cosmetics will present a program, featuring product information for the mature woman, a makeover for a lucky audience member and a goody bag for all attendees.
Because skin changes many times as we mature, it is important to know each one’s skin type.
Williams will explain the products available for various skin types and how to choose the correct products. She will discuss skin tone and choosing the right shades for individual coloring as well as products for correcting the look of sun damage and protection from further damage.
Williams will share the latest trends for spring/summer 2016 fresh off the runway at New York Fashion Week: “Garden Party Pretty” is in, Soft and delicate pastels normally seen on lips appear on eyes this season, eyes are flirty, mascara prevails after being overshadowed by eyeshadow for the last few seasons, bronzers give the sun-kissed look without the sun-damage. And of course she will present the latest developments in skin care and how to make those wrinkles all but disappear.
In addition, it’s Mad Hatter Day! We’ve added an extra bit of fun for this last get together before the summer break. So wear or bring a hat to model. Prizes will be awarded in the following categories: The Most Original, The Most Beautiful, and The Funniest. Join in on the fun—you could be a winner.
