Kenneth J. Levinson, son of Erwin Berg and Carol Berman, passed away at his home in Lake Worth, Fla. on Saturday, Aug. 20, 2016, at age 58. He was born in Wilmington, Del. on Feb. 18, 1958. Ken leaves behind his high school sweetheart, best friend and loving wife of 37 years, Robin; his two beloved children, Jessica and Cary, both of whom he was so proud, and Cary’s incredible wife, Arielle, as well as his siblings, Scott, Alan, Janet and Michael and their spouses and children; his stepmother Carole and other extended family.

Ken was known for his massively generous spirit and unparalleled warmth. He could always be found with a huge smile on his face and a kind word for whomever he came across. He lived a life of positivity and happiness, and everyone was better for knowing him. He was the hardest working man his family knew, having conceived and grown multiple successful businesses, including Absolutely Health Care, which he sold in 2011 to go on and assist his daughter, Jessica, to develop her young business, Enchanted Careers. Founder of the largest online community for smooth jazz fans, Smooth Jazz Spot, he had a real love of live music of all kinds, from jazz to rock and roll. It was a love he instilled in his daughter, Jessica, at a very young age, and they went on to attend hundreds of concerts together over the years. He also enjoyed attending and watching sporting events of all kinds and competing in fantasy sports with his son, Cary.

He enjoyed absolutely everything he did with his cherished wife, Robin, from simple, quiet nights at home, watching television on the couch together to their many miles traveled around the globe. His love for his family was and will be infinite. No husband or father on this planet will ever love harder or deeper than he did and his family will forever carry him in their hearts. Known as “King,” “Cheeky Beef,” “Sandwich,” “Pants,” “Snuggle Face,” “The Smooth Man,” and most importantly as a “lovable teddy bear of a man,” he will be profoundly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. A funeral service was held at All Faiths Memorial Park in Casselberry with Rabbi Maurice Kaprow officiating. Arrangements entrusted to Beth Shalom Memorial Chapel, 640 Lee Road, Orlando 32810.
