Alvin H. Cohen, age 87, of Sanford, passed away on Monday, April 3, 2017, at Florida Hospital—Altamonte. Mr. Cohen was born in New York City, on Jan. 9, 1930, to the late Theodore and Bertha Neiger Cohen. He relocated to the Orlando area in 1973 and formerly was a resident of Altamonte Springs. Mr. Cohen was a retired stockbroker and securities specialist.

Graveside funeral services were held at New Montefiore Cemetery in Farmingdale, New York. Arrangements entrusted to Beth Shalom Memorial Chapel, 640 Lee Road, Orlando.
