Arthur H. Diamond, age 88, of Oviedo, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, April 26, 2017, surrounded by his family. A native of New York City, he was born on Feb. 11, 1929, to the late Lupa and Teresa Diamond. A pianist, he attended the Conservatory of Music and performed at Carnegie Hall. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and received a business degree from Cornell University. During his working career he was a specialist on the New York Stock Exchange. On May 26, 1963, in New York, he married the former Susan Diament, his wife of 54 years who survives him. In 1978, the family relocated to the Orlando area from New Jersey.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Diamond is survived by his daughter, Joanne Diamond of St. Louis; and his sons, Andrew (Jan) of Atlanta and Kenneth (Amy) of Denver; and his grandchildren, Victoria, Hillary, Hannah, Ansley and Asher. He was predeceased by his brothers, Leonard and David.
