Morris Barocas, 94, of Orlando, passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2021, at his residence. Mr. Barocas was born in New York on May 29, 1927,, to the late Joseph and Rebecca Azar Barocas. After serving two tours in the United States Navy, e and his family relocated to the Orlando area in 1980 from Newburgh, New York.

Mr. Barocas is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Selma (Lebowitz) Barocas; his son, Jerry Barocas of Dunedin, Fla .; his daughter, Renee (Barocas) Schiller of Winter Park, Fla .; his grandsons, Colin Barocas of Largo, Fla., Samuel Schiller of Sanford, Fla., and Max Schiller of Albuquerque, N.M .; his granddaughters, Sara (Barocas) Kilborn of St. Petersburg, Fla., Megan (Barocas) Landis of Palm Harbor, Fla .; and his sister, Jenny Litke of Boca Raton, Fla. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.

A graveside service, with military honors, was held at Congregation of Reform Judaism Cemetery, Gotha, Fla., with Rabbi Arnold Siegel of Jewish Family Services officiating.
