    Rachel Meller, age 101, of Miami Beach, passed away at her residence on Thursday, June 09, 2016. Mrs. Meller, one of four children, was born in Chicago, Ill., on March 28, 1915, to the late Elias and Esther Levy Chiprut. She was a homemaker and was the widow of the late Irving Meller who passed away in 1972. In the early 1980s she relocated to Miami Beach from New York.
