Fifth annual winter festival—Hosted by the JCC’s Jack & Lee Rosen campus, featuring a snow park, sledding, SeaWorld’s Shamu, carnival games, rides. Also featuring J-Idol Singing Competition with celebrity judges and a $500 prize, 11 a.m.-5 p.m.Info: 407-387-5330. Admission is free, activities and food have separate pricing.


J-Idol competition—JCC Rosen campus host audition for J-Idol. Ages 5 and up eligible. Contestants must prepare a one-minute a capella song. Five finalist will be chosen from each age category. Cost: $20 for J-Idol Jr .; $25 for J-Idol. Info: 407-387-5330.

International Holocaust Remembrance Day

Congregation Bet Chaim—Rabbi Werthman teaches a weekly class in basic Judaism, 7:30 p.m. Class is open to all Jews and non-Jews who want to learn more about Judaism. No fee. Info: info@betchaim.org.
