Congregation Ohev Shalom and the Roth JCC are pleased to announce an important special 92Y program they are sponsoring for the community on Monday, Nov. 24, at COS.

Titled The State of World Jewry, outspoken law professor Alan Dershowitz and renowned historian Deborah Lipstadt will discuss and debate many facets of the conflicts in Israel, new waves of anti-Semitism in Europe and elsewhere. They will tackle the tough questions about what the challenges and threats facing the Jewish people today in the U.S., Israel, Europe and elsewhere are, and will anti-Semitism ever be eradicated? Award-winning television journalist and author Jeff Greenfield will moderate the discussion.
Following the program, refreshments can be taken into the multi-purpose room where senior rabbi of Ohev Shalom, Aaron Rubinger, will facilitate a Post Program Conversation, "The Take Away."
Tickets will be sold at the door for $10 per adult, and students are free. The doors will open at 7 p.m., the program will begin at 7:30. Call Meryl at COS (407-298-4650) for more information.
