Twenty-one seniors at Brookdale Dr. Phillips Senior Living were entertained today by David Green of Winter Garden, formerly of Metromedia Radio.
David took the packed room of seniors back in time from Heinrich Hertz and the invention of radio, through the early days of radio with Jack Benny, Eddie Cantor, and the golden days of broadcast music. The talk was sponsored by The Jewish Pavilion.
