“Boundless Judaism” course—Twelve-week course held at Temple Israel, 50 S. Moss Rd., Winter Springs, 7 p.m. Fifth class taught by Natan Brener, “Gevurah.” Gevurah is God’s might. Judaism relies on God’s might as a source of comfort and stability in life. Gevurah inspires awe and devotion but also peace and heroism. Kibbutz Ohev Enrichment program—Open to any Jewish kindergarten-seventh grader regardless of synagogue membership. Held on Wednesdays and Thursdays, children focus on taking care of the earth, their bodies, others and Israel. Activities include gardening, healthy cooking, mitzvah trips, crafts and more.
