Lunch and Learn—Congregation Beth Israel of Ocala invites the community, 11 a.m. at the Arbor Conference Center at On Top of the World Retirement Communities of Ocala. Dinner, Daber and Dvar—Congregation Ohev Shalom offers a Jewish educational opportunity for eighth-12th graders, regardless of synagogue membership. Beginning at 5:45 p.m., enjoy pizza and conversational Hebrew. At 7 p.m. partake in “The Amazing History of the Jews,” which traces Jewish history from creation to present day. “Boundless Judaism” course—Twelve-week course held at Temple Israel, 50 S. Moss Rd., Winter Springs, 7 p.m. Sixth class taught by Michael Fineberg, “Daat.” Daat is k knowledge. Judaism celebrates knowledge as a spiritual goal. Correct understanding and wisdom can only come when we have learned the material first.
