Lecture series—The Interfaith Council of Central Florida presents a series of lectures on various religious beliefs in our society, the first and third Friday of the month, from 1:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m. at Brookdale Retirement Community, located at 160 Islander Court, Longwood. No charge.

J.O.IN. Orlando—Hosts an interactive discussion titled: The Joy of Jewish Holidays” at 8 a.m. Shacharis at Orlando Torah Center, 8591 Banyan Blvd., Orlando. Breakfast included.

The Roth Family JCC—JCC Annual Golf Classic, 8:30 a.m. at Shingle Creek Golf Club, 9939 Universal Blvd., Orlando. Tournament proceeds benefit the JCC’s Marvin & Bonnie Friedman Scholarship Fund.
