Rabbi Karen Allen of Congregation Beth Sholom in Leesburg will lead a Friday night Shabbat Service and Veterans’ Day commemoration on Nov. 13 at 7 p.m. Veterans of all services and conflicts will be honored. A salute to military spouses will also be presented. In addition to traditional Shabbat songs, the program will include readings by members of the congregation from poetry and prose in tribute to those who have served their country.

The evening will conclude with an Oneg Shabbat in the Social Hall. The synagogue is located at 315 North 13th Street in Leesburg, with the entrance on Center Street.
