Obituary - SHARON COHEN BUTLER

Sharon Butler, age 61, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 18, 2016, at Florida Hospital—Winter Park. She was born in Easton, Maryland, on March 6, 1954, to the late Lewis and Esther Snyder Cohen.

A high school graduate, she relocated to the Orlando area in 1972, following her marriage in Easton, to Charles Butler, her husband of nearly 44 years who survives her. For 34 years Mrs. Butler worked as a medical secretary at Florida Hospital.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter Caitlin; her son Joshua; and her grandson Jacob. She is also survived by her brother David (Michele) Cohen of Reston, Virginia; and sister, Francine (Leonard) Goldschmidt of Baltimore.

Graveside funeral services were held at All Faiths Memorial Park, Casselberry, with Rabbi Arnold Siegel officiating. The family requests contributions in memory of Sharon Butler to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements entrusted to Beth Shalom Memorial Chapel, 640 Lee Road, Orlando 32810.

MARCIA R. GOODMAN

Marcia R. Goodman, age 76, of Winter Garden, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 18, 2016, at Florida Hospital Orlando. Mrs. Goodman was born in Providence, Rhode Island, on Aug. 26, 1939, to the late Joseph and Sally Kazernan Cutler. A homemaker, she relocated to the Orlando area with her family from Rhode Island in 1978.

Mrs. Goodman is survived by her husband, George, of Winter Garden; son Jeffrey (Waynell) Goodman of Hawai; and daughters Honi-ann (William) Degnan of Richmond, Rhode Island, Lisa (Charles) Trinkwald of Coventry, Rhode Island and Kerri (Dennis) Bode of Orlando. She was the adoring grandmother of seven and great-grandmother of two. Her sister, Deborah Newman (Michael Gibson) of Winter Garden also survives.

A graveside service was held at Beth Israel Memorial Park, Gotha, with Rabbi Arnold Siegel officiating. In memory of Marcia Goodman, the family requests contributions to the Jewish Pavilion, 421 Montgomery Road, Suite 131, Altamonte Springs 32714.
