Joyce S. Goldstein, age 78, of Winter Springs, passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at Cornerstone Hospice at Winter Park Hospital. Mrs. Goldstein was born in Boston, Massachusetts on Jan. 8, 1938, to the late George and Betty Calish Snyder. Professionally, she was nurse, but that was merely one of her many talents. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and sister, as well as an accomplished artist. She and her family relocated to the Orlando area from New Jersey in 1985.

Joyce is survived by her sons, David J (Elizabeth) Goldstein of Harlingen, Texas, Robert B (Anne) Goldstein of Oviedo, and Richard B Goldstein of Casselberry. She is also survived by her brother, Robert Snyder of Winter Park and four grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Leonard, in 2008; her brother Malcom Snyder and daughter-in-law, Laura.

A graveside funeral was held at Beth Israel Memorial Park with Rabbi Rick Sherwin officiating. The family requests memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Association, 2290 Lucien Way, Suite 230, Maitland 32751.
