Wedding - Orly Waisman and Dr. David Adam Diamond

 

Orly Waisman and Dr. David Adam Diamond are to be married Nov. 13, 2016, at Young Israel of Bal Harbour in Bal Harbour, Fla. Rabbi Sholom Ber Dubov of Chabad of Greater Orlando and Rabbi Isur Dovid Silverman of Chabad of Harbor Islands will officiate.

The bride-elect previously worked in interior design and management while residing in Panama. She graduated from the Moral Y Luces Herzl-Bialik School in Caracas and received her bachelor's degree in industrial design and marketing from the University of Caracas.

She is the daughter of Elsa and Efrain Waisman of Caracas, Venezuela. Orly's mother owns a beauty supply store. Her father owns a furniture manufacturing company.

The groom is a radiation oncologist. He is president of Oncology Physicians of Florida, P.A. and a partner in Florida Oncology Tavares and Florida Radiation Oncology Winter Park, which operate cancer treatment centers in those cities. He graduated cum laude from Princeton and received his medical degree with research honors from the University of Florida. Dr. Diamond completed his internship at Yale-New Haven Hospital and his residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Washington University School of Medicine.

He is the son of Louise P. and Dr. Morton A. Diamond of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. His mother retired as a regional admissions director for the Alexander Muss High School in Israel. His father is a retired cardiologist and is presently a professor of medicine at Nova Southeastern University.

The couple will be residing in Winter Park. In their blended family they have six children: Yael, 19; Shira, 17; Ari (16), Sophia, 14; Aviva, 14; and Joseph, 10.
