Martha Nagan, age 91, of Maitland, passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at the Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park in Maitland. A native of Brooklyn, Martha was born on Oct. 27, 1925, to the late Harry and Celia Spivak Goldstein. She earned her associate’s degree and worked as a manager in a bookkeeping office.

In 1955, in Brooklyn, she married Morton “Morty” Nagan, her husband of over 60 years who passed away in November 2015. They relocated to the Orlando area in 2002 from New York.

She is survived by her son, Richie (Maureen) Nagan of Bronx, New York; and daughters, Harriet (Peter) Aaronson of Branford, Conn., Gail Nagan of Sanford and Yvonne Nagan of Queens, N.Y.; and her granddaughter, Nicole Aaronson of Pittsburgh, Pa.

A graveside service was held at Beth El Cemetery in the Township of Washington, New Jersey.
