Does anyone have a copy of the book “The Migden Families from Tarnopol and Allied Families” by Carl Richard Migden?

Heritage received a phone call from Steven Migden who lives in New York and he is trying to find a copy of the book. It is not available on Amazon or Google any longer. It seems to be out of print, although it was written in 2001.

Carl R. Migden is a resident of Central Florida but is no relation to Steven Migden.
