Roth JCC presents an evening with cookbook author

On Tuesday, Oct. 29, The Roth Family JCC will host Adeena Sussman at its Visiting Authors Series. The event will take place from 7 p.m.-8:30 p.m. at the JCC.

Sussman is the co-author of 11 cookbooks, including New York Times No. 1 Bestseller "Cravings: Hungry for More" with celebrity Chrissy Tiegen. In her eagerly-anticipated, debut solo cookbook, "Sababa," Sussman, now a permanent resident of Tel Aviv, offers an intimate and transporting work, borne out of a deep love, natural curiosity and respect for the people and culinary traditions of her adopted home.

Moderating the event is Oshrat Molayem, Orlando's very own Israeli "Wonder Woman." From Kiryat Shmona in Israel, Molayem is passionate about fitness, nutrition, entertaining, developing her own delicious recipes. She lives in Lake Mary with her husband, Johnathan, and three children.

The cost is $15 and includes program admission followed by a reception featuring delicious desserts recipes from the cookbook and a book signing.

Books are available for pre-order through Writers Block Bookstore in Winter Park, and will be for sale at the event. For more information, contact Jennifer Cohen at 407-621-4039 or visit orlandojcc.org/calendar/adeena-sussman.
