Jewish Pavilion volunteers Meril Salzburg, Jill Cousins Levy and Peri Goldberg miss senior resident Ruth. The weekly mahjong games may be on hold, but the friendships are still there. Consistent letter writing and phone calls hopefully keep Ruth smiling through this pandemic. Several other friends of Ruth are also reaching out to her on a regular basis. The love of the game of mahjong may have brought these ladies together but now the love of Ruth is what keeps them all staying with her, especially during this difficult time for all.
