Temple Israel welcomes Cantor Andrés Levy for High Holidays

August 27, 2021

Temple Israel is excited to have Cantor Andrés Levy leading us in High Holiday services in September, as well as Shabbat services and special programs between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. On Sunday, September 12 at 1:30 p.m., Cantor Levy will perform a family concert in the Rein Sanctuary.

As a world-class cantor originally from Argentina with extensive experience and skills in leading religious services, weddings, and Jewish events in Latin America and the U.S., Cantor Levy has served as Hazzan for High Holidays in congregations throughout Florida, Texas, California, North Carolina, Argentina, and Chile. In addition to his Cantor Degree from the Latin-American Rabbinical Seminary in Buenos Aires, Cantor Levy also has an MBA and architecture degree.

Come join us for a multicultural musical experience and for Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, and Shabbat services. High Holiday tickets at Temple Israel are available for a donation of $180. Tickets are complimentary with reservations for those under 18, students, armed services personnel, and members in good standing of other synagogues. If you are interested in becoming a Temple Israel member, your donation can be applied to your membership dues.
