Obituary - DOROTHY JEAN LAZARO BERG

Dorothy Jean Lazaro Berg was Jewish. Born April 1, 1941, in Detroit Michigan. Graduate of Oak Park High School in 1958. Dorothy completed three years of teaching education at Eastern Michigan University. She married Dr. Albert Berg in 1960. She had four children.

In 1974, she moved her family to Winter Springs FL. For many years she was a stay at home mother. Later on, she became a bank teller for Sun Bank. Her final job was as a mobile visiting home health aide for the elderly. She was kind to all and loved by all.

Dorothy is survived by her brother, Richard Lazaro of Casselberry; her sons Gary (Yang) Berg of Casselberry, Steven (Sharon Pinhas) Berg of Casselberry and Jeff (Vivian Osorio) Berg of Casselberry; her daughter Rene’ Berg of Casselberry; her grandsons Sean (Lindsey) Oakley, Brian Berg, Nicholas Berg, Will Berg and Lucas Berg-Osorio; her granddaughters Carolyn (Bobby) Zuclich, Emma Berg and Bianca Berg; and her great-grandchildren Allison Zuclich, Andrew Oakley, and Stella Zuchlich.

Funeral services for Dorothy Berg were held at the Congregation Ohev Shalom Cemetery Pavilion with Rabbi Emeritus Aaron Rubinger officiating.
