Does "springing forward" have you "falling down"? Losing that extra hour of sleep when Daylight Saving Time starts can throw off your internal clock and have a big effect on your overall wellness. Avoid taking daytime naps as they can make it harder to have a good night's sleep. Stick to the same eating, social, and bedtime routines. Try to keep the morning darkness to a minimum by turning on some bright lights earlier than usual.
