Scott and Rhonda Des Islets are ecstatic to announce the births of two grandchildren. Ozzy Bernard Shroyer was born to Jordan Shroyer and Tirzah Cabiac on Aug. 17, 2023 and Eilo Haywood Des Islets was born to Derek Des Islets and Linda Deliva on Aug. 23, 2023.
