RAISE employees take a cookie break

The RAISE employees aren’t always working and learning. Recently they had a wonderful time at a cookie decorating get together. Over eight families enjoyed working learning proper techniques to create wonderfully decorated cookies. Purple Tulip Artisan Cookies’ co-owner Holly Kluger demonstrated step by step how to make the cookies look professionally decorated.
