Shalom Orlando searches for a new executive director

Stan Rubins, Shalom Orlando Board chairman, shared with the “Shalom Orlando community” through email the following:

After helping guide Shalom Orlando through an important leadership transition, Executive Director Rachel Greenspan will conclude her time in this role later this year.

I’m very proud to say Shalom Orlando is on a path of positive growth and success, and we appreciate all of Rachel’s contributions. We wish her the very best.

With the support of our full Board of Directors and a dedicated Search Committee, I’ll be leading a comprehensive search for the organization’s next Executive Director. We’ve already engaged a national firm to assist us, and Rachel will remain at Shalom Orlando to aid in the search and transition. The community will be kept constantly up to date about the search, so please follow Shalom Orlando on social media and watch your inbox for updates via our weekly email newsletter.

It has been a banner year at Shalom Orlando featuring the long-awaited reopening of the Danny and Esther Cohen Tennis Center, the launch of the all-new ShalomOrlando.org, the hiring of a new director of Camp and Youth Programs, and the production of two sold-out fundraising galas, Choices 2025 and J Soirée. I’m excited for the months and years ahead, and Shalom Orlando’s next executive director will have the opportunity to take this remarkable organization to new and exceptional heights.
