Goldie Berman, 86 of Winter Park, Florida passed away in the early morning hours of Monday, May 18, 2026. Goldie was born to Nissim and Emily Mayo on Oct. 10, 1939, in the Bronx, New York. The youngest of four children, Goldie grew up a “tom-boy” who was never afraid to mix it up with the other kids on the block. In 1961, Goldie’s older sister, Victoria, introduced Goldie to Aaron Koller, while he was home on leave from the Navy. The couple hit it off, fell in love and were married 3 months later.
