Lory Stouffer Labensky, age 63, of Lake Mary, passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2015, at her residence with her family and loved ones by her side. Mrs. Labensky fought a courageous battle with cancer over the past four and a half years. She was born on Aug. 7, 1951, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Gilmore and Viola Backus Stouffer. He was born on Nov. 26, 1945, in Mount Vernon, New York, to Al and Ethel Blass Pollack. He graduated college with a Masters in Science, specializing in multi-media. A combination Purim party and 95th birthday celebration were held last week at the Sutton Home in Dr. Phillips where retired Rabbi Rudolph Adler resides. Oscar Miller of Orlando, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2015, at his residence. He was 83 years old. Mr. Miller was born to the late Israel and Fannie Lichtman on Nov. 29, 1931, in Bronx, New York. He enlisted in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany. Mildred T. Sokolow passed away peacefully in Tallahassee, Fla., on Jan. 31, 2015, with her son, Gary, daughter-in-law, Wendy, and grandson, Andrew, at her bedside. She was 87 years old.
