Howard A. Forman, 65, of Winter Park died Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at Health Central following a brief illness. Mr. Forman was born Oct. 12, 1956, in Washington, D.C., to the late Jacob and Rosalyn (Levine) Forman and moving to the Orlando area in 1980 from Silver Springs, Maryland.

Mr. Forman is survived by his loving sister, Rita Frank of Virginia Beach, Va .; nieces, Jessica (Eric) Patterson, Rose (Matt) Hopstetter, Ilene (Larry) Topper; nephew, Abraham (Anita) Frank; and several great nieces and nephews.

A memorial service for Mr. Forman was held in the Chapel of Beth Shalom Memorial Chapel (835 Lee Road) with Rabbi Arnold Siegel officiating.
