It is with great sadness that the family of Howard Steven Rosen announces his passing. Howard, 61, was born in San Bernardino, California, on June 22, 1962 to Colonel Ronald Rosen and Freda Rosen (Weber). He passed away unexpectedly at home with his beloved wife Margaret by his side on July 26, 2023.

During his wonderful life Howard lived in various locations including the Azores, Massachusetts, Florida, and New Jersey. After moving to Orlando he became a proud graduate of the first class of the Disney Culinary Institute in Orlando. Howard was a great chef and shared his love of cooking with everyone he met. He worked as a head chef at various establishments. Howard also loved sports, comedy shows and traveling mostly to see his family and friends. He loved the Jersey Shore.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret Rosen; son, Corey (Deanna) Rosen; grandchildren — Peyton and Zahara, Brother Robert (Cathy) Rosen; nephews, Ronnie, Gerig, Ryan; sister, Pamela (Carl); former wife and friend, Monica; uncles Paul (Ginger) Mark, Norman, David and their families. He is also well loved and sorely missed by his In-laws and their families as well as many friends.

Graveside Service for Mr. Rosen were held with Rabbi David Kay officiating. May he rest in peace and may his memory always be a blessing.
