1 medium zucchini, grated in large shreds
1 yellow squash, grated in large sheds or use two zucchini.
1 tsp. salt
1 medium onion, finely grated
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 tsp. turmeric (optional)
Vegetable oil (avocado oil or butter, if doing dairy.)
