Larry Marini, president of Congregation Bet Chaim (CBC), has announced the appointment of longtime Central Florida resident Rabbi Thomas (Thom) Werthman as spiritual leader of the Reform synagogue in Casselberry. A native of Pittsburgh, Rabbi Thom, as he is known, graduated in 1970 from Clarion (Pa.)
