Gloria Titen of Longwood, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014, at Village on the Green Health Center. She was 88 years old. In addition to her husband of nearly 66 years, Harvey, Gloria is survived by her children Edward (Lisa) of Tampa, Andrew (Gail) of Tampa and Ellen (Edward) Wojcik of Winter Park. Sarah Esses of Kissimmee, passed away on Sept. 15, 2014, at Good Samaritan Nursing Center in Kissimmee. She was 93 years old. A native of Aleppo, Syria, she was born on June 15, 1921, to the late Abraham and Becky Kishk and immigrated to the United States with her family at six months of age. Madaleen Kamenoff passed away, Tuesday, Sept. 9. She was 88 years old. Madaleen was the daughter of Lillian and Harry Schulman. She was born in Springfield, Massachusetts, and came to Florida with her family when she was 3 years old. Charles Schwartz passed away on Sept. 8, 2014 after a difficult but courageous battle with cancer, and with his loved ones by his side. Charles is predeceased by his parents, Maxwell Alter Schwartz and Jennie Besner Schwartz as well as by his sister, Phyllis Schwartz Shapiro. Beatrice S. Allen of Orlando, passed away at her residence on Saturday, Aug. 30, 2014. She was 95 years old. Mrs. Allen was born on Aug. 13, 1919, in Brooklyn, New York, to Jacob and Gitla Goodman Kleinman. Following graduation from high school she began a career working for the U.S. government. Sharon Louise Sandin Brossier of Orlando, passed away on Aug. 26, 2014. She was 71 years old. Mrs. Brossier was born in Ohio to Sanford and Evelyn Sandin. She married Howard Peiper in 1963. After a valiant bout with bladder cancer, Jamie Shujman passed away in Altamonte Springs surrounded by his family on Sunday, Aug. 17, 2014. Born in Havana, Cuba, to Salomon and Maria Shujman on Feb. 8, 1942, he immigrated to Washington, D.C., on June 12, 1962. Norman Kagan of Longwood, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2014, at Life Care of Altamonte Springs. He was 89 years old. Robert L. Stone of Winter Garden, passed away on Monday, Aug. 11, 2014, at his residence. He was 63 years old. Victor Hochman MD, age 74, of Sanford, passed away at his residence on Monday, July 7, 2014. He was 74 years old. Harold Karp of Winter Springs, passed away on Monday, June 23, 2014 at Florida Hospital—Orlando. He was 90 years old.
