Through song and movement, stories and drama, they learn about Shabbat prayers, Bible characters, ethics and the best ways to behave. Four dachshunds were the hit of the evening when the young Women's Social Club of the Jewish Pavilion enjoyed their third social gathering on Sunday, Oct. 18. The First grade class/Kitah Alef of Congregation Ohev Shalom held their Consecration on Monday evening, Oct. 5 as part of the celebration of Simchat Torah. Children sang two songs, received their own Torah and were blessed under the chuppah that was made out of Wimpels they made with their parents.
