    The RAISE program for young adults with special needs is now accepting online applications. There will be a limited number of positions available, as well as opportunities to volunteer as a Job Coach. RAISE is a 6- to 12-month work and social skills training program offered through the Jewish Federation of Greater Orlando that provides paid employment at our partnering Jewish agencies for adults with special needs.   • ADL Audit: Anti-Semitism in Florida

    According to the Anti-Defamation League's (ADL) annual Audit of Anti-Semitic Incidents released today, there were 91 verified incidents of anti-Semitism in Florida in 2015, marking a significant increase of incidents over the previous year's 70 incidents. Florida's increase also is comparatively higher than the national increase in anti-Semitic incidents, which rose from 912 to 941.     Eliezer Sepulveda is a senior student at Hebrew College, in Newton Massachusetts. He is also the leader of Shoresh Education Center in Orlando, which, until four months ago had been Congregation Shomer Ysrael, the first Hispanic Jewish synagogue in Orange County.     In May, Pre-K children from Room 11 at The Roth Family JCC of Greater Orlando's Richard S. Adler Early Childhood Learning Center presented nursing students at Florida Hospital with money they raised to buy crayons and coloring books for children in the pediatric ward.
